Standard Conditions of Carriage
- A 50% deposit is required immediately, to confirm the booking, and the balance is payable no later than seven (7) days prior to departure date. Non-payment may result in vehicle re-allocation without further notice. There is a 10% cancellation fee within seven (7) days of departure, and 100% cancellation fee within three (3) days of departure. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- All prices quoted are net.
- Driver's food and single accommodation are for the Hirer's account (out of town trips only). Quoted prices are for transport & tolls and exclude entrance fees.
- The Hirer will be responsible to Magic Marketing for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle, its fittings or equipment, due to negligence or misconduct of any passenger. Costs of valet cleaning will be charged where passengers dirty seats or carpets with food or liquid refreshments. No smoking is permitted on buses.
